Who it is for
The program is built around real situations: a talk, meeting, interview, recording, or presentation of your own project.
Present ideas clearly, lead meetings, answer questions, and stay persuasive in a public conversation.
Hold attention through the voice, build a clear delivery, and use vocal resources with care.
Present an idea without memorized formulas, speak to the point, and find an individual tone.
Feel more grounded in an interview, video recording, live broadcast, or microphone session.
Detailed program
Each module combines a concise explanation with practice. The content is structured, while exercises are selected for the participants’ speech.
Part I
We examine your current speaking habits, strengths, recurring tension, and the situations in which you need a more confident voice.
A short talk, a speech assessment, and a personal map of priorities.
We develop a calm exhalation, vocal support, and sound without unnecessary pressure, so a longer phrase remains steady.
Breathing sequences, a gentle vocal warm-up, and phrase work.
We improve the mobility of the speech apparatus, the precision of consonants, and the clarity of vowels while keeping speech natural.
Articulation warm-ups, difficult sound combinations, and text work.
We learn to control speed, meaningful pauses, emphasis, and melody so speech does not become rushed or monotonous.
Intonation scores, changes of pace, and expressive reading.
Part II
We build a clear line of thought: a strong opening, a coherent development, supporting examples, and a precise ending.
Preparing a short talk and editing its structure together with the teacher.
We work with attention, eye contact, gesture, a grounded stance, and ways to direct nervous energy into a lively performance.
Stepping before an audience, improvising, and answering unexpected questions.
We explore the difference between stage and camera, learning to speak concisely, hold a thought, and engage naturally with an interviewer.
Recording a short video, an interview exercise, and an on-camera review.
We combine voice, structure, and presence in a complete talk, note progress, and identify priorities for further independent work.
A final talk or camera recording followed by a detailed director-led review.
Victoria’s approach
The course draws on acting training, extensive television production, and experience directing documentary films.
Professional acting training supports work with breath, voice, diction, and a free, grounded presence.
More than 25 years in television bring practical experience of interviews, microphones, concise wording, and camera work.
Each review focuses on the individual: what already works, what gets in the way, and which exercise is useful now.
